When requesting information and to be able to apply the corresponding rate, the total number of people, both adults and children, occupying a place will be indicated. Children up to 2 years old who do not occupy a place, free of charge. All apartments are equipped with bed linen, kitchen utensils, towels, toilet paper and the basic elements for living there.

Book

A minimum stay of 2 nights is required in low season and 3 nights in high season (02/04 to 15/09 and 23/12 to 07/01). To make the reservation effective, the corresponding amount must be paid before the following 24 hours, through the payment system of the platform chosen for the reservation. If the amount is not received within 2 days of the reservation, it will be automatically canceled without prior notice.

Methods of payment

The corresponding amount, details and specifications of the reservation will be based on the terms and conditions of service of the platform chosen when making the reservation.

Regulations

The basic coexistence regulations that govern the entire municipal area must be respected. Failure to comply with these regulations may result in a complaint from the competent authority and the consequent financial penalty. Under no circumstances will more people than those stipulated in the contract be admitted, both inside the apartment and in its entire exterior area. The use and installation of mattresses, tents, inflatables, tents, etc. is not permitted. If any additional space needs to be adapted, the owner will be notified at least 7 days in advance.
On leaving, the house must be left in the same orderly condition in which it was found and throw away all the rubbish generated.

Entry and exit times

Entry to the apartment will be from 4pm on the first contracted day and departure until 12pm on the last contracted day. Other schedule options check availability.

Reservation cancellation policy

The reservation cancellation policy will also apply to possible date changes. The reservation cancellation policy will always apply, regardless of the reason.

• Cancellation of the reservation or change of date 90 or more days before the date of entry: refund of 75% of the amount paid.
• Cancellation of the reservation or change of date 60 or more days before the date of entry: refund of 50% of the amount paid.
• Cancellation of the reservation or change of date 30 or more days before the date of entry: refund of 25% of the amount paid.
• Cancellation of the reservation or change of date 15 or more days before the date of entry: refund of 10% of the amount paid.
• Cancellation of the reservation or change of date 10 or more days before the date of entry: refund of 5% of the amount paid.
• Cancellation of the reservation or change of date 9 days or less from the date of entry: no refund will be made.
